How do I order?

1. Cart

Place your selected product in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button on the product page. A new window will appear confirming the price and filling the shopping cart. You can change the shopping cart at any time before submitting your order. Please read the terms and conditions and agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box "I agree to the terms and conditions". For the next step click on the button "proceed to checkout".

2. Checkout

Enter your address data in the online form under "Shipping address" and then click on the "Continue to shipping" button. If you have a discount code, you can enter it here in the "Discount code" field.

3. Shipping

Since there is only the free standard shipping from DHL to choose from here, you can click on the "Continue to payment" button immediately.

4. Payment

Select your preferred payment method here, enter your payment details and check your billing address. Click on the "Check order" button to see an overview of your order.

5. Review

Check your details and click the "Buy" button to complete the ordering process.

Return / Withdrawal

You have 14 days to return your order to us without giving a reason and receive a full refund.
